2 Star Review: The Bull Killed The Matador! — Issue #34
Dear {{first_name}}
There is a joke about a guy who regularly goes back to a Spanish restaurant for his favourite protein meal.
But today he is unhappy about the small serving. Asking the chef, the chef says, “Most times, the matador wins. But today! The bull won”.
Well, most times we get 5-star reviews, but a few days ago we got only 2 Stars from a guest. The matador lost. Ouch.
I had a look at negative reviews, what we can learn, the causes and how to respond, and NOT respond to a negative Airbnb review. See the article below.
Then some good news:
Cape Town Accolades
There is a lot of bad news going around. But today you’ll read some good news about Cape Town. Which is encouraging.
- Cape Town is one of the top cities in the world.
- Two Cape Town and another Western Cape restaurant made it to the top of the world’s culinary lists.
Are You Considering A Solar Geyser To Save Electricity Cost?
Maybe not! Apparently, a heat pump is a better solution for Cape Town.
